We support

At Coredesign, we believe that it is of great importance to assume a social responsibility. We have therefore made a conscious decision to make a difference to our society and our climate. We feel it is our duty to contribute positively to the world around us, and we do this by supporting some fantastic causes that are close to our hearts. Let me share with you who we have chosen to support and why it is important to us.

 

The Children's Cancer Foundation has received our support for many years, and it is a cause that we continue to choose to support, as evidenced by our fine diploma. Children fighting cancer are fighting a brave battle, but they cannot do it alone. That is why we have chosen to support the Children's Cancer Foundation and their work, which focuses both on further research in the field of childhood cancer and on offering support to children affected by cancer and their families through rehabilitation camps and stays in holiday homes.

 

In a world that is becoming increasingly climate conscious, it is crucial that the constitution also reflects this green development. Around 150 countries have already introduced green provisions in their constitutions, including our neighboring countries Germany, Sweden and Norway. Unfortunately, Denmark has not yet done the same. In order to contribute to a greener future, we have therefore signed the Green Constitution, a campaign that works to include the climate and the environment in the Danish constitution. Coredesign wants to prevent the continued degradation of our world's forests. Every second, a forest equivalent to the area of ​​a football field is cut down every three seconds. We want to contribute to stopping this destructive practice. Therefore, through the organization Verdens Skove, we have helped to preserve 1285 square meters of rainforest, and we have received a beautiful certificate for our contribution.

 

When we are involved in the production of clothing, excess stock may sometimes occur. Instead of simply throwing these clothes away and contributing to waste, while burdening our precious earth, we have chosen to donate them to the Red Cross. We are happy to be able to contribute to their humanitarian work by passing on the clothes to them so that they can benefit the people who need them the most.

 

Unfortunately, there are still many homeless and socially disadvantaged people in Denmark. At Coredesign, we want to do our part to help these people. That is why we have chosen to support Hus Forbi, an organization which, among other things, provides food and shelter for the homeless and socially disadvantaged.

 

We are proud of our commitment to these important causes and will continue to strive to make a positive difference. At Coredesign, we are dedicated to demonstrating social responsibility and contributing to a better future for our society and our planet.
