ISO certification

An ISO certification means that our company has implemented a quality management system in accordance with international standards. These standards are based on a process-oriented approach and emphasize continuous improvement, efficiency and customer satisfaction. We are very proud to have been certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, which are standards in quality and environment. These certifications support our long-standing focus on customer satisfaction, quality in our advice and products, as well as supplier management and compliance with environmental and product standards.

 

We became ISO certified after almost a year of dedicated work. For us, quality is largely about having 100% control over errors, complaints and corrections. It is therefore crucial that all errors and deviations are documented, while our work processes are as optimal as possible. We use digital systems to organize orders and handle complaints, and we have, for example, implemented a new CRM system in 2021 to optimize our workflows.

 

When it comes to the environment, it is important for us to be able to document our entire supply chain. When a customer places an order with us, we must be able to vouch for and document that everything is in order. We must comply with both EU regulations and Danish laws, and we do everything we can to avoid any kind of waste, including waste of time.

 

At Coredesign, we also have a special focus on the UN's 17 Global Goals, and ISO 14001 contributes to us taking greater responsibility and working towards a sustainable transition. We place particular emphasis on global goal 12, which deals with sustainable forms of consumption and production. ISO 14001 strengthens our sustainable profile in areas such as sustainable practices, responsible handling of chemicals and waste, and reporting that integrates sustainability aspects.

 

We do everything we can to optimize our working hours and work processes. We work efficiently, and when we make a mistake, we analyze the cause and ask ourselves questions like "Where did it go wrong?" and "How do we ensure that it doesn't happen again?". This way we avoid repeating the same mistakes. The entire procedure is documented, and this is also included in our ISO report.

 

Our ISO certifications confirm and support the way we conduct our business. They confirm that our high focus on quality and the environment helps to ensure that our customers return time and time again. The established processes and the systematic approach to error handling result in increased customer satisfaction.
