Not all companies actively choose to use Trustpilot as part of their marketing. But that is what we have chosen here at Coredesign.

We believe it is important to be part of a transparent platform like Trustpilot, as it allows our customers to honestly share their experiences with us. Although we ourselves claim to be a reliable and quality-conscious total supplier within branding & gifts, it is important for us to listen to our customers' experiences. Therefore, we also contact our customers to ensure their satisfaction when their order has been delivered.

But the road has not always been easy. In the past, we have also experienced less good experiences on Trustpilot. If an error does occur, we involve our customers to find the most satisfactory solution. We do not ignore the issue or neglect important updates to the customer. This creates a sense of security and increases customer satisfaction.
